RMS INTEGRATED LOYALTY ADDON - HQ/STORE
RMS Integrated loyalty add on is for retailers who requires customer loyalty functionality in their stores.
Customer loyalty details can be entered at any stage of the sale either by swiping the card, scanning the bar code or by finding the customer using the look ups in rms.
Points will be awarded to the customer for their purchased based on the loyalty scheme configured in RMS. The customer can start redeeming his point straightaway. The sales receipt will show the current loyalty points the customer has.
It works at Head office and Store level. The loyalty scheme can be set at the head office and pushed to selected stores. Global customers can be set part of the loyalty scheme so that they can shop at any of the store outlets to gain or redeem their points.
